Outside World is just by Sunbeam, not Trance Allstars. It's originally released in '94 (if i remember right), Schiller remix (8:33) released in '99.

Taucher's track called Outside World is a totally different track, it just has the same name.. and it's not on LIAR 2, it's on Trance Allstars - Worldwide CD2. It's a wonderful chillout tune, could be longer though..
