playing at a club that got the xone 92, and I`ve never used it before.. Anything I should be aware of...? I normaly use the pioneer mixers...

wheres the master volume on it? the monitor section is for the headphones, right? and the booth section is the booth monitor? what about the level buttons, they are the same as gain on the pioneer?

A tip if you're using the Xone for the first time and it's in a club, try to make sure you know what you're doing with the filters, otherwise don't use them at all. One wrong move and you can send the club into total silence and not know what the fuck you've done or how you've done it, thus resulting in problems with bringing the sound back. Hell, that still happens to me occasionally.

Yeah I wouldn't bother using the filters if you've never used them before - they take some practice.

Also, the fader length feels a little too long - it's about a third of the way up until you hear anything.

Oh, and be careful you don't accidentally hit one of the Filter on/off buttons as the mixer always defaults to Low Pass Filter when turned on and this will just kill the sound instantly if the freqency knob is to the left.

To be safe, you could just not assign any of the channels to either filters (this is done with the little toggle switches under the EQ's).

And yes, the filters can really, REALLY mess you up. If you are able to get to the club early, and have read the manual (yes, read it), you can probably play around with them enough to figure it out. One thing to know is that you can't cue the filters to "preview" what they will do, so be careful
