Shanghai not bad, Hong Kong pretty good but I saw something on TV once about beach parties in Thailand so there's a few choices for you.

It's where I first found out about raves.

Without a doubt: Goa, India.
But Goa is seasonal: October - February. Nov, Dec and Jan are especially insane!!

Aren't the Indian authorities really cracking down on the party scene there?
Parties or not one of my top destinations to still reach.

Yea there was news about it....but that was essentially to cut down the drugs n stuff...
But, it din stop the scene at all...it can't Goa festivals are too big and there are too many people involved in it...its been a tradition for the last 40 or so years so it ain't stopping at all
