ive read the rules and dont seem to have a problem with most of it.
i can get something encoded at 24, not use variable thing, and keep the file size in check.
however i dont have the software to edit the file under 60 seconds.
i understand there are some freeware prgms floating around for just this.
suggestions for the easiest to use ??

should have a recording time limit of 60 seconds before inserting an adverstisement dub, has full codec/samplerate support, and the demo self-destructs after 30 days
