You could balance it out with some suitably macho activity, like mixing it with whiskey in the morning, picking up heavy objects and putting them down again, drive a 4wd and tailgate people with it, buy a gun and hurt small animals.

There are a lot of conflicting studies stating one side or the other. I personally think that the negative outweigh the positives, but that's me.

I prefer Almond and Rice milk and haven't (yet) heard any controversy on those. (They are available at Trader Ho's...go get em!)
