Sounds 95% like the Wippenberg Remix of Cosmic Gate - Should Have Known, but has a different vocal, and the synth that interjects the electro bassline synth is different too.

Super8 & DJ Tab - Need To Feel (Wippenberg Remix)

pretty much same bassline used, but would explain the difference in vocal.
