damn call centers!

they suck! fucking punjabs answer with names like kevin or mary yet they have a total punjab voice that they struggle to sound like us! and then they ask you for your case number and you give it to them and then ask what the problem is! wtf. you asked for my case number why the fuck you asking me what the problem is!

i find it annoying that they use american names. just use your real name. shorten it or use a nickname if you'd like.

on the other hand, the other day i had to call HSBC bank in UK. Their processing center is located somewhere in scotland. everyone I spoke with had a really thick scottish accent and I couldn't understand a word they were saying. I was wishing they would transfer me to a call center in india.

at least like me other indians i am understanding better.

if they used indian names people would automatically ask ... wait what was your name again? how do you spell it?


People need to stop putting the blame on India for this. They need to start complaining to their companies back home who are doing this as it is cheaper which equals to more profit for the MFR.

oh believe me...i put complaints in for that shit. i cant stand it. i dont care what company you are its easiest to understand people from a similar area of the world as you.

and for the record i did work call centers. for 2years. its not that bad as long as you arent treated like shit by your employer.
