This tune doesn't really flow at all. I think it's because the serious lack of percs and proper bassline. The bass you have in there now sounds really odd and distorted.
Your mix also sounds quite weird, the different elements don't really "blend in" to form a tune, instead they feel like a bunch of sequences played at the same time, floating on top of each other (if that makes any sense).
But the main issue of this track definitely are the percs. There really aren't any and it makes the whole tune stagnant, like an overly long intro.
You have a couple of nice synths added here but one of them comes in way too late to save the mix.
