I had a brief listen yesterday but this morning gave it my full attention and listened the whole way. Definately solid mix, no beatmatching error,s or harmonics issues, so technical skills are on par for sure. In terms of creativity the mix sort of sounded the same the whole way through although this may have been your intention. typically i like to hear some eclectic styles when it comes to minimal mixes rather than monotony however the mix is perfect for cruising or just chilling out. one thing i think you couldve done better, is held the mixes longer...your transitions are somewhat abrupt and even just smoothing them out a bit more would add length and give it the feeling of holding hte mix longer.

cheers!

I listened to it and was impressed considering some of the extremely horrible music i used to see you pick out. Then again, subject to taste.Good job, I like it even though mine was better.
Transitions aren't always as cut and dry with minimal, you can hold the mix for 2 minutes and it will still seem like a quick slam fade. Weirdo music works in weirdo ways and sometimes the song you think is coming in isnt...the nature of the glitch monster.

ps you better have used the vinyl or ripped it from it

I absolutely agree with you there and thank you for saying that. Because that is the one thing I noticed more then anything when listening back through the mix. There are times when I do like to do quick transitions, but there were a few in there where I felt it would have sounded better had I held the mix a little longer.

Thanks again for listening through guys. Hope to have another one coming by again soon!

One other note I want to make with this mix, I was held to 1 hour with it. It was aired on an online radio station that only gave me a 1 hour spot so it could only be a minute or so over an hour. But yeah, I definitely make more chill mixes then what I play in a club. I know that 9 out of 10 people listening to the mix are gonna be either in their car, at work or chilling at the computer. No need to rock the house really when you are trying to relax.

PS: Freak, post a link to your mix. I cant find it!
