I am a bit disappointed about the SSS lineup, particularly since PVD is playing 6 hrs and none of the dutch boys are there... but I'm lucky enough to be able to see PVD and Morillo the night before and this will be my first SSS and first festival since GKGG back in 2002 and also a few of my friends are going so I think it'll be a lot of fun. Hopefully the weather will be nice as it'll make it that much better. I'm still kinda holding out hope that Armin will be like a special guest since he has no date that day and is around Europe this weekend

I just got an Eflyer from Gatecrasher regarding SSS and it seemed like the basic flyer except at the bottom.. it mentioned FERRY CORSTEN is going to be there!!! Is this a mistake? A surprise?? Can anyone shed some light???

it's definitely not the biggest... they've intentionally made it a lot smaller scale than global gathering or creamfields, with 15k tickets as opposed to the ~40k global normally have
i'll be at pvd
about putting the two on the same date.. i know someone who managed to get tickets for the sheffield night pretty recently which leads me to believe they aren't even sold out yet. had SSS fallen on a different date then pvd would have sold out in weeks.. hopefully this means that GC1 won't be as rammed as normal (and also that all the chavs have gotten syphoned off to SSS )

I didnt really enjoyed the night, most tunes were so slow and like tripy which im not really keen about. The weather was totall disapointment, it was raining like never before!! and so cold. and after 13 hours driving back was fucking mission imposible.
Now when i think of it, i wish i had gone to PVD instead! grrrr
