I know - it's so not 2007. But i heard it for the first time yesterday, and all i can say is wow. This tune is amazing.
I have had this track for more than an year but never bothered to give it a serious listening for reasons best known to the winds. Added it to my set as a filler following Sasha-Cloud Cuckoo, and that's when i noticed that this track is much more than a filler - it's a killer.
An ultra-smooth buildup, a synth melody that stays faded and distant adding to a mesmerizingly haunting effect, a breakdown and then the track picks up and speeds by, leaving you in a perfect state of trance.
I would appreciate if someone can add more tracks like the one above.

Chable was really on fire with his productions and remixes circa about 2003 - 2005. He used to be my favorite producer, hands down. Check out these other ones if you haven't already heard them:
21st Century Fux - Sunspirit (Ivan Gough & Luke Chable's Oreo Breakbeat Remix)
Mortar & Pestle - Itsachickthing (Luke Chable Remix)
Blackwatch presents Professor Okku - Word Unspoken (Luke Chable Mix)
Nubreed & Luke Chable - One Day (Chable's Extension Mix)
Luke Chable presents Quest - The Shepard
PQM - You Are Sleeping (PQM Meets Luke Chable Vocal Pass)
Trafik - Your Light (Luke Chable's Vocal Breaks Mix)

And then, what hapened?
Nice tracklist there, i haven't tried out a few of them. But i am surprised you didn't mention his mix of Cloud Cuckoo.
Thanks for your recommendations.

Good call, the Cloud Cuckoo mix was a glaring omission from my list.
I still like Luke's productions, but he's not as consistent anymore, IMO. He is still capable of putting out monsters though, I loved Oz (with Shiloh) and of the remix of Shiloh's Dream On was amazing. But I didn't think the Lostep stuff with Phil K and some of his other tracks (Vice, his remix of Dave Seaman's Faith Again, Bassline Track remix, etc.) were very exciting.
He's still very good, but there was a period when absolutely everything he touched seemed to turn to gold.

Tokyo is a killer track indeed. It really takes you on a journey. I agree about Chable '03-'05. That's when I discovered him and got hooked on everything he released in that period.
