honestly, a good way to advertise your mix is via signature. example, mine.

i realize it's frustrating when you see x number of views, but no responses (or small amount). but the fact is, if you push and push and bump and bump, people won't comment anyway based on that fact.

Word. And if you don't get comments on your mix, you can always make another one and hope for higher times.. Instead of constantly bumping an 'old' mix

Signature here.... signature on other forums. Commenting on other peoples mixes helps too. Posting in general if its in your signature. Talk to some people you game with and see if their into (in this case Trance) and ask them to check out your mix. Talk to some randoms on chatrooms and ask them to check out your mix. For god sakes don't bump it more than is necassary to stay on the first or maybe second page. Instead of investing all your mental power in bumping it try explaining some stuff about your mix. "I think this is a nice alternative to my other/the regular mix because of said etc" "I really like flow" "mixing was great this time/not so good but doesn't matter." What inspired you to get into mixing or anything else. I don't listen to trance mixes tbh much (more goa myself) but I'm sure there are plenty of people who have overlooked this merely because it contains not much but the tracklist.

and seriously "random spam" sounds worse then bump or "linkage still working"
