This is really nice, I appreciate the guitar type instrument (or is it more exotic than that?) in it a lot! Its simple and minimal but still very melodic. There are a few things you might change;
The lows mids sound a little tubby to me, maybe they could get cut back a little? I would also add more hi mids, but more in the middle range than the high range if you know what I mean... I think maybe the problem is that the bass lacks punch a little bit, everything just seems a bit muddy and indistinct. I know what acoustic instruments are like to EQ though, so this might prove tricky. If its a synth bass, you might have to completely rebuild it, it'll be worth it though.
I don't know if it's your thing, but you might also consider throwing in some stutter edits on the guitar line, it could be a nice affect.
Other than the EQ balance issues, I'd say you have a real winner here. The pads and bell sounds work very well. The percussion is great too, I'd keep the more exotic elements to the fore throughout the whole track, they seem to drift away a bit towards the middle. the basic idea of the song is great, just needs a touch of polish to become great.

Yeah, I know what its like trying to mix acoustic and electronic elements in one track, its really easy for everything to get muddied up... Still, you should do as much as you can with it, or try and give it to someone else and see if they can help out a bit maybe, this track's definately worth it!
