Renting in the Baltimore-DC area

Maybe some of you in the Baltimore/DC area can help me

I'm looking for an efficiency (studio) to rent, in a high-rise building. What are some good/affordable places I should look at?

Even Silver Spring and College Park areas are expensive (around $1100 for a studio), not to mention Bethesda and Rockville.
