Last night was an incredible experience, I could write pages about it! But, to point out a few parts of the night:

--Hands down, B&J @ the BBR 01_07_2007 is now amongst my list of the greatest events I've ever attended. I haven't had THAT MUCH fun since last summer when I first started partying!--it was very memorable!
--The venue: b/c of the smaller, more intimate crowd (which certainly featured more than enough ppl by the time B&J were into their mix), only the main floor was open. Even though I've been to the club three times now every time I enter the venue I am surprised at its look; its dissimilarity to clubs like the Guvernment is noticeable right away and this unique, open design always serves to be a major part of what I would call a truly unique clubbing experience. As Andrew and I were talking about, the sound was point on last night; it was pumping through the speakers very nicely and sounded just fine to me.
--The people: last night I probably partied with more friends in such an intimate space than I ever have before. Not only did I go down with some very cool friends and get a chance to rock out with the people I know from Windsor (Lawrence, Andrew, Matt, Justin, all you guys...) but I also met some new partiers. The crowd was awesome: everybody was friendly and full of energy dancing all night to some killer trance. For those interested, there were so many good-looking women out last night--it was a pretty (but in no way pretentious) crowd indeed!
--The DJs--DNA: Derek and Andrew did an amazing job opening the club; I caught the last full hour of their set and they had that place bumpppping! Their tune selection was awesome: they got progressively harder as the night went on and by the time B&J were taking the decks DnA had fully accomplished their job of getting the crowd in the mood to dance! These two really impressed me last night! Also, Andrew is one of the nicest guys I've met from Windsor; we were both psyched to party together again and a sickkk time was had! Talk about someone showing friendliness and appreciation!
--The DJs--B&J: These two brought the house down! They played a lot of BIG tunes including 'Catch', 'Needs to Feel (Wippenberg Remix)', 'As the Rush Comes' [or was this played only in the car trips there and back? haha], and so many more! Their set can be described as featuring some very trancey, classic tunes as well as a variety of banging tech-trance. A huge part of last night for me was all the interaction I had with Blank and Jones. I had a couple of short conversations with both of them, had pictures taken with them, shook hands with them, and got their autographs (and even talked with them again after the event ended outside of the club).
--The BBR staff: The staff's quality is unmatchable: Remo and Ronaldo were INCREDIBLE hosts last night, being extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. The bartenders were all in great moods as were the most polite, honest, and helpful security staff that I've ever seen (when you go to a club looking forward to shaking hands and chatting with the club's security well, then, you can imagine how respectful they truly are towards the guests).
--The afterparty: I won't go into this too much but let me just say that it was a killer end to the night (another 3 hrs of dancing!) and that I really enjoyed seeing all the familiar faces there (thanks to the hosts of the party, had lots of fun with those two) as well as rocking with new folks. One of the best parts about this after-party was seeing Justin James spin: even though he played the odd 'oh man Justin your style sure is dark sometimes' track haha (j/k), Justin kept me dancing until 7am with some banging hard and (esp.) electro house. It was so great to chill with this unbelievably friend guy and see him spin again. He even showed me how to use the decks by explaining the basics of spinning--very cool! Justin is easily one of the nicest guys I've ever come across and I can't wait to do it all over again with you soon brother.
--Misc aspects: 1) partying with that many of my closest clubbing friends (Matt, Rich, their girlfriends, Luke, and so on) was so much fun (major thanks go out to my two rides!); 2) Blank and Jones are extremely easy-going and friendly guys, very impressed; 3) Playing frizbee with Justin at 4am in the middle of the street was fantastic haha; 4) the BBR, its staff, and the club's regular guests all fucken rock! Remo, it always a huge pleasure coming down to kick it with you! One thing you'll never have to search hard for @ the BBR is an appreciation for its clubbers: throughout the night management makes sure that the guests (esp. those who travel a few hrs to go down) know that their attendance means a lot to the club and its staff on a professional and personal level.

I'm looking forward to your official pics Remo; for now, here a few of my favourite:

I'm really looking forward to my next night in Windsor; if anybody is wondering, the 3/4hr drive has been worth it each and every time that I have made the trek south.

Remo, as you basically put it to me while exhibiting a satisfied, relieved, and proud grin, last night was "another successful one to put down in the books". AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

I still have yet to make my way to Windsor to see them play; I hear nothing but good things about them.

Glad you had a great time Nick!
