i seem to have lost my markers at the top of the arrange screen that show bars then beats then 1/8 of beats, this is causing me not to be able to put the hi hats exactly half way between the beats when working with audio files. it is the ruler type looking thing that indicatesbar beats then 1/4 and 1/8 of a beat. does anyone know where to change it back. Please help.

view > bars beats

top left of the arrange window, there must be a way to enlarge the markers, you can put the transport on there too.

And use screensets so it doesn't happen anymore. (lock screenset when you're on 1 for example). Press 1 on your keypad and choose arrange window then lock screenset.

found it under the tempo in the transport window it says 4/4 that can be altered to give you the markers, thanks for the reply. it has took me nearly three hours to figure this out tonight. arrrghhh!!!
