How do i

Say i have a vocal i wanna put in a hardcore track of say 160bpm. can anyone help me , how do i make it fit in to it the track, i can i make its bpm 160 as well

Apart from timestretching you have to align. If you don't have any dedicated software you'll have to erase parts of silence then snap the beginnings to the beats
