Kinda easy....
Make sure you can record from your mixer to your pc by connecting your mixer to your line in record line on your soundcard.
After that goto www.shoutcast.com and download the shoutcast plugin.
Or download it from here .
Then all you need is a shoutcast server to connect to,you could also host the server on your own connection,but bandwidth is limited then...
