Lee Osborne (UK Dj) to face murder trial

It's a bit old, don't think anyone has mentioned it before, but it's news to me.

DJ charged over mechanic's murder
A second man has been charged in connection with the murder of Jon Bartlett who was shot in the head.
Lee Osborne, 25, a DJ from Mottingham, south-east London, is accused of assisting defendant John Seton.
Mr Seton, 24, of no fixed address, is charged with killing Mr Bartlett, 29, in Chislehurst on 31 March 2006.
Mr Osborne appeared at Sutton Magistrates Court and was remanded in custody until 17 August, where both will stand trial at the Old Bailey.
Mr Seton was extradited from Amsterdam in The Netherlands on 11 May and taken to a south London police station where he was charged.
Mr Bartlett was shot once in School Road about 1945 BST and died instantly.
The mechanic, from Mottingham, ran a car repair business in Erith.
A post-mortem examination revealed the cause of death to be a gunshot wound to the head. |
