That packs probably are/where demo's considering most of these in the first post are only 3MB, for instance, the thomas penton pack itself originally is about 200-300MB . I bought it on resonantvibes and I love it .
The BT probably was a rip though. Haven't seen it and it's offline now.
If less is more think about how much more more would be.

BT ones were different breakbeat loops in wav files. not sure how you want to use those if you like freedom making tracks.
The thomas penton one is awesome, i like the percs samples.
