okay, if you are reading this, please be sensative, this is a touchy subject to me right now, thank you

now generally i don't believe in supersitions or anyhting like that, but listen to this cuz it really freaked me out and still is....

my g/f about a month ago asked me what my flight number to germany was....cuz i'm leaving for there next monday for three months...i didn't know so she told me for some reason the number 117 popped into her head...she told me she had a bad feeling about it....today i called my mom, and sure enough, my flight number is 117....i was talking to my mom as i was walking across campus and i just stopped dead in mid-step and freaked out....

now my g/f isn't some psysic (sp) or anything, but she does from time to time have things come to her that come true...i've seen it happen.....and i love this girl, very much, so its not like i can just say she's crazy and ignore it...i know she would never play a trick on me like this, for example going online getting the flight number and now lying on me....she wouldn't do this to get me to stay over the summer or anything either, so forget those things

my mom already said not to worry about it, that i'll be protected by her guardian angels and proceeded to tell me that swiss air (my airline) is an excellent airline, not one of those shitty ass planes thats about to fall apart....my g/f said "its not like i saw the plane crash or anything, you'll be fine"...and she's going to pray for me and light a candle at church tomorrow for me....and i myself, haven't stopped praying to God since i found out

and i can't take a later flight, because its none refundable, so thats over $700 wasted as well as every other plan i've already made, so i don't know what to do

now maybe she just randomly knew my flight number, maybe i will have a flight from hell that will be delayed, maybe none of the toilets will work on a 8 hour flight...i don't know.....

but all i know is i'm REALLY freaked out by this

Hey man, this sounds really tacky. Pray, pray and pray is all the advice I can offer you.. I'll be praying for you too.

Has your gf ever been correct at predicting anything, or has she been proven right about something that has just "popped" into her head before? Think hard about it and decide if you would want to take this risk. SwissAir is a very reliable airline, and I hope nothing goes wrong if you decide to go ahead with it. Good luck, man.

the things that "pop" into her mind are half right, half wrong....but they aren't always bad things.....so i'm just hoping and praying that she just knew my flight number...that simple

superstition contradicts science...so don't worry about it!!

you should be more worried about driving in your car to the airport, you'll have a better chance of crashing and dying then.

also, praying is good if it makes you feel better, but it's not going to do anything.

maybe she heard the number before or u guys talked about it before. but yeah i would stick with praying too it will never do u any harm.

i get worried by similar things, coz i often have premonitions of the future in my dreams, which most fo the time are jsut normal goings on, so i dont realise i saw it before in my dream until it happens, so hmmm its wierd...
