Holy crap this game is awesome.

Playing it for the 1st time on the PS3 (it's a PS2 game) and i love it! You play 3 different (main) characters and learn an above average story from 3 different angles. You can also play a 4th character but he's optional.

The artistic style, the dialog, the combat system - they're all so comfortably RPG geeky to me. You don't have to grind like in modern day MMOs, everything seems balanced.

If you don't like Suikoden III I think you're totally fucked up and will stop reading your post once I realize you disagree with my perfect opinion.

Oh, also - the music is like a B+

Never played 3, but have been trying to track down copies of both 1 and 2.

Brilliant games with an engaging storyline, and the number of characters is pretty fucking great, and no where near as gimmicky as I thought it might be.

A++++ to the series.

Just got Suikoden V in the mail but i can't beat this fucking ice dragon in Suikoden III FUCK. Must...finish III first...

the lowest level in my party is 55 if you're on chapter 3 (still) your highest character is mid to low 40s please refer to my rape comment in my last post for further details
