When it comes down to basic survival, i think most people will do it. They will care less about the social stigma associated with cannibalism or for that matter, the revulsion of consuming human flesh. Of course, people may have a very high sense of morality and may prefer to die rather than consume human flesh. But usually when it comes down to something like this,

If you were stuck in a hole for so long that starvation would become an issue, you would probably have died of disease, dehydration, or asphyxiation before you starved to death.
