Noob Q - Jet-like sound [samples included]

Hey all,

Im looking to create a building Jet like sound that you can hear in these two samples:

Sample 1
Sample 2

Please could someone explain a step by step process of achieving this, coz i have no idea!

just get a synth put a chord in with alot of release then adjsut the pitch on it as it rises then add whatever effects you like from there.
