is there a way to recover a project you lost when cubase crashed but you didnt even save the project yet?

Hm, I automatically save as often as i can remember and Cubase can be set to backup at certain time intervals, but will halt your production for a few seconds while it does.

I have projects with like 10 versions because it saves to a new name if it detects errors, quite unstable really!

Anyway, Sorry I think the answer is no lol, but enable auto save!

What he said I think your out of luck. Turn on auto save under general settings.
