Couldn't have said it better myself..

Ripped from a article i was reading whilst on the way out of town yesterday, from 'SCENE' Magazine. I don't know this guy personally.. But i idolise him. He said exactly whats on my mind..

quote:
People will believe whatever the 6pm news tells them, Honestly. You could make up practically anything. And as long as its delivered by a man wearing a suit the great majority of the public will lap it up like sheep.

Weapons of mass destruction in iraqi, Boat people throwing their children overboard from the Tampa. Sound familier? All of it was proven to be bullshit. Still, for a while there the media had us going didn't they?

As impressive as those peices of propaganda were, It takes a special kind of spin to convince the public theres a drought on WHILE IT'S RAINING OUTSIDE. I mean how exactly can there be a drought where it's raining outside? How? it makes no sense. I'm therefore calling bullshit on this alleged drought that we're suffering.

The only thing worse than the goverment nazis trying to convince us there's no water are the mindless idiots who have implemented various water rationing measures without once questing this alleged drought. People who hear a news report about the lack of water and rush out to implement a bunch of stupid water saving techniques even while its raining outside and they can see the goddamn rain with their friggin eyes.

Oh boo-hoo, I'm wasting water. Grow up people. Water is there to be used and wasted. And while we're on the subject. Learn to think for yourselves and don't just accept the news reports tell you.

I think im in love

On Scooby Doo it was always the property developers dressing up in monster suits scaring the current tenants out so they could turn the land into something useful. I now have to live with the warped mindset of 30 years of indoctrinated idiots who where convinced that anyone in real estate was evil.

Can anyone lend me a monster suit, mines in the cleaners and I'm all out of sarin

I dunno where I heard this: "The wars of the future will be fought over water."

Edit: In 1995, Ismail Serageldin, vice president of the World Bank, made a much-quoted prediction about the future of war: "If the wars of this century were fought over oil, the wars of the next century will be fought over water." (From Water Wars by Vandana Shiva)

I was always annoyed by Scooby Doo because of the way they did the static background vs the dynamic foreground. Because anytime there was a trap door or something in the floor it totally stood out

You couldn't have said that better yourself?

Really?

I bet if you tried you could be at least 14% less fucking stupid and have at least 46% more spellcheck.

I believe in you!

Well done to him for stating the painfully obvious in a very shit, childish and unfunny way.
