Good Electro/Tech House Labels

Hey people,

I have gotten into electro/tech house and I am wondering what some of the tried and true labels are besides euphonic. Any that are the creme of the crop? Any that are great starter places for rookie producers? Trying to build a base knowledge of this particular field, as it is my particular genre style of productions as is the kind of electronic music I love listening to (a great way to find new hot tunes I guess). Thanks people - other than making these kinda beats I'm a noob about the label scene!

Euphonic (this one, right?) is not a electro/tech-house label, it's trance. You'd better give some examples of tunes that have the sound you're looking for, so people could recommend you more similar ones.

I guess you're technically right about euphonic, but I hardly consider Marc Marberg to be trance, other than Megashira. Yedo, Venus, and Guarana are about as trancey as Eric Prydz's "Call on Me." (I'll add I'm not sure that all those Marberg tracks are with Euphonic, but im pretty sure all but maybe one are.. correct me if I'm wrong).

Those above tracks would qualify for the type of label I'm looking for as well as:
nelson grover "running"
phunk mobb "bass buddy"
med "in you"
ry thomas "tekattakin"
mashtronic "blow"
yiannis balkizas "computer meltdown"
tom glass "get on it"
ingo & james "issues"
cristian vecchio "synthetic (allder & pagano)"

That is a solid combination of tracks - mixset potential ;-P (I would have to peak it with Marberg though.. and Me hahah)

I just don't think I've ever seen anyone use 'euphonic' as an example of a electro/tech-house label. Though I thought you're after that Marberg sound, it's still miles away from a lot of the reccomendations you've already got.

Can't say I've ever heard of the artists you listed (apart Mashtronic) but I would say you'd like some recent Ferry Corsten and his 'Flashover' label, the Prydz's labels 'Pryda' and 'Mouseville' and maybe some Marcus Schossow.

some excellent posts peoples. very helpful. see i feel like the above listed tracks definitely have strong marberg kyau influences. maybe they dont have as much of a trance aspect to them aka intricate melodic progressions (and rather groove oriented phat basses and percs), but take yedo and kyau&alberts always a fool: yedo is definitely a debatable house beat. talk about repetitive and simple. as for always a fool - i have to specify more specifically the first part of the chorus plus breakdown. once the chorus bassline takes a chordal progression, it switches. but i think that lends to the "tech" aspect in addition to the heavy digital distorted and glitchy type effects and mixdown tricks used in these songs. what u think bout that haha.
