Very nice of you to visit here ! 
There are many reasons why this section became so quiet... i don't know what is the major one though..
one issue is, that many of the core ILTA members were recruited to the army at some point (at age 18) and that way lost the regular contant with the forum.
By the way, our favorite previous mod and top ranked poster Hell-Copter (Roy) was seriously injured in the previous summer Lebanon war .. His situation is getting better with time though casuse he has a very strong personality (and body). let me use this reply to say: be strong and healthy ROY! You are the definite #1 ILTA - the forum Hero 
some people went over to other trance\electornic forums in hebrew... some sort of circular effect (kinda boring here -> move to other forum -> becomes more boring here -> more poeple leave\move :\ )
anyway i think the whole club-trance scene is not as exsiting as it was in 2001 when i signed to this board (esspecially in Israel). So i guess this is another reason.
This is still the only music forum i still visit, but i post almost nothing cause i have nothing intersting to say and i have very little free time for this In addition, i personally in the several past years opened my mind to many many other genres (electronic and far from electronic) which made me give less attention to trance. I guess i'm not the only one.
