honestly, there isn't enough room here to give you a complete in-depth breakdown about what this cat has accomplished and will continue to accomplish with his music and vision.

he's been around since the late 80's... is capable of serving up an ecelectic mix of everything funky and soulful from hiphop (besides producing hits with Josh Wink and under his own Sylk 130 guise he also toured as the dj for grammy award-winners 'Digable Planets' in the early 90's as well) to jazz, to afrobeat, to deep house, jazz fusion, and so on and so on... he's produced house classics collaborating with others and as a solo artist, he's scored music for movies ('miami vice', 'never lose sight of freedom', etc.), he's worked with a slew of artists from many arenas (ursula rucker, lady alma, tori amos, donna lewis, keoki, jazzanova, gilles peterson and so on and so on), he's toured the world countless times bringing his musical message to the masses... i you get the idea.
