iTunes U
Being able to access college courses online isn't new but i really like what they've made easily available from all major colleges in the iTunes store under 'iTunes U'
You can select the college/university you want and browse courses and download podcasts of the lectures for free
UC Berkeley and MIT have an incredible library worth checking out
MIT has being giving away free college courses for the past 5 years - http://ocw.mit.edu

yeah, thats why i said it wasn't new per se, just that itunes consolidated all the universities and made them easily accessible, which i think is great for anyone looking to increase knowledge or stimulate their mind.
