Dunno b6 vitamins/lucidity/dreaming

has anyone recalled having better lucidity or vivid dreaming when they use b complex vitamins or b6 (mainly b6)?

i know melatonin and valerian help to induce sleep, but b6 can work as a dream enhancer. i just figured i'd see if anyone here can testify to such claims.

like Melatonin? You get very vivid dreams from that.

Melatonin occurs naturally in the brain...its secreted when you're in the dark, inducing sleep. Melatonin supplements do help you to go to sleep quicker but I find they may make you groggy in the morning because your brain has too much melatonin.

yaeh i've been taking an herbal sleep aid with melatonin in it ever since school started. Just take the recommended dosage and you'll have some odd and lucid dreams.

thanks. i meant to say i have never had melatonin supplements or used it recreationally. do you get those in perscriptions or do they just sell it at the stores?

maybe sometime i will try it in the future, but i wanted to focus in on b6 vitamins. lately i've been focusing on the mind, sleep stages and lucidity. also, i have no problem with getting to sleep so i overlooked melatonin. it could be a possibility to study it in the future.

Melatonin made me have particularly intense dreams.

That's not necessarily a good thing when most of your dreams involve disgusting violence.

You can get it at any health food store easily, and even many supermarkets, no prescription needed.

yes, i had a very scary dream about a family friend (Who went crazy IRL) went nuts, and was doing REALLy weird stuff, and at the end, she had caterpillars on her harm, crawling all over. this was last week.

scariest dream i've had in a while.
