There are alot of parking garages all over. Right next door is the Macy's shopping center with a huge one, and all the ones usually used for Giant Village like the Sheraton are right nearby.

downtown is extremely safe mainly because there are so few people down there at night LOL.

as noted, there are plenty of lots which will be open - look right around Fig and 9th or so.
