C.M. - Dream Universe (Subtara Remix)

Yes, after 3 days of intense work, i managed to get this remix together, a remix i have long wanted to do of this classic trance anthem from 1997. This is my most important remix to date.

Artist: Crystal Manoeuvres
Track: Dream Universe
Remix: Subtara
Length: 11:55
Size: 27,3 MB
Style: Trance

C.M - Dream Universe (Subtara Remix)

Mix is great. Sounds clear and smooth to me!

I think that formant filtered synth could use some different treatment. Could use some reverb/delay or something like that.

12 minutes? eh.. could be cut down, but that's your decision in the end.

Great work!

i have this tune on record. will have to hoke it out.

clean sounds. good progressive flow.

like the breakdown around 6:30. piano is nice and sounds are cool.

only real thing i could complain about is maybe shorten the length of it. this is from a personal perspective but tracks that go on after 9 minutes start to irritate me when i listen to them a few times

overall though nice track.

dont know the original... very well done on the percussion work!
atmosphere and melodies are awesome, something i would expect from a professional track, punchy kick and warm bassline.. i like that downlifter in the breakdown... pads are really need. the track really is a keeper, well done.

the originali as a classic, but i don't rate this remix alot, productionwise it's good, but i reckon it doesn't really bring anything new to the table and it drags on for way to long including the breakdown

I love the choice of percs. Beautiful piano.
The vox synth I would normally consider a bit cheesy, but it worked exceptionally well here.
The bass is nice and deep. It's got a very chilled and dark vibe as most of your tracks which I like.
Well done!

Thanks for the comments all.

It took me 3 days from start to finish, and i think i lost some objective on it, making it too long, with lack of depth and a bad breakbeat section.

Im taking all comments in consideration when i make the final mix.

I really enjoyed the original of this track so i had to check your remix out. Was it well produced? yeah.. did it warrant a remix? I'm undecided because I don't feel as though your version is all that updated.. As a production though it's very good, and I like the fact that i'm not hearing some mega epic tune or some electro thing or some techy thing, just pure oldschool trance once in a while =)
