"Please read" sux IMO. Some "please reads" are very big threads, imagine a beginner who came here on forums, see some "please read" and think 'oh, I must read it or else I probably won't be able to post'. Sick! "Sticky thread" was a bit better, but my proposal is

It would be OK

it doesnt work in polls either, Poll: Please Read..? why?, poll is a poll. i much prefered Sticky thread
