La Fabrique [Zero Gate Shibuya] is cool for bikini nights :P

Lots of hip hop clubs in Tokyo too if you're into that? Harlem and Ageha comes to mind.

ahhhh a massive shame that Valferre closed last year, one of the best trance clubs in the world?!
