Same thing happened to two sets of mine. The easy (cheap) fix is to get some JB weld (http://jbweld.net/products/jbweld.php) available at any auto parts store. It takes a little patience to get the the epoxy to set; but once it does it is rock solid. I have two back-up pairs of headphones through this process (Pioneer and Sony). As a preventative measure, I have also reinforced my newest pair with JB weld around this same weak spot.
I'm sure that most people that respond to this thread will say....get the Sony blah blah, or get the Technics blah blah. If you really like the Pioneers, this fix is the way to go.

I already tried that website, however I could not find that part - it only seems they have adapter plug, coil cord, manual and some headphone pad (which I dont know what the thing is)..
The problem is I dont even know how to call that 'broken part'?

I noticed the same thing on my denon headphones, major cracking in the same spot as yours, driver was going to eventually fall off. Crappy thing is that was my only gear that i didn't put insurance on. dumb dumb. Denon customer service was nice and prompt though, no questions asked. Sent mine back yesterday, and will be getting a new pair in a few days. Hope yours is still under manufactures warranty and they aren't bitches about it fixing it.
