I´m not good at genres but I would call this melodic experimental, if that is a genre . Think it sounds interesting with the rough, energetic synts in forground and that chill melody in background, fits good! Just think the bass is a bit to much here ...But maybe you want it to stick out that way. However, nice and interesting!

nice empty feelings...! maybe you over compressed the percs in the beginning... they sound flat!

also, the 2nd synth, melody... make itm more original like the rest of your track! it's original mate.... add some noise, crashes etc.

and keep layering like kyou do... good job! keep on practicin!

1st u won me over with the track title. percs are good. bass and arp are on point. this borders on experimental but has some composure so its not quite out there tho it takes influences from many different places.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I wanted that bass to be a bit strong to complement the chill-ish sort of elements in the rest of the track along with that loop. Will update you when I finish this one. Cheers.

Thanks for the reply. The title was precisely for that reason. I didn't know what genre it would fall under, so I guess experimental would be alright.

Thanks. Yeah, I like layering quite a bit in my tracks. What 2nd melody are you talking about, as in when does it come in in the track sample?
Cheers
