what you have to do. first cut this pvd set into a piece of maximum 80 minutes. open it in cooledit.. en make ik so that it fades in at the beginning and fades out at the end.
then open cdr cue sheet editor ..(make sure you;ve cracked it so you can use it completely..) then listen to the set and everytime you think its a cue point.. you add a cue point and so you create your cuesheet./then open it in nero 5.5 or cdrwin and i should burn the cd properly...

You can use MP3 trackmacker. You can get it from here.

Link

Or you can indeed use a cue file, very easy to make. Here's a template

"C:\Green Velvet-Live @ Innercity(30-12-00).mp3" MP3 <--- file name and location goes here

TRACK 01 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00 <--- this stays the same as it is the start

TRACK 02 AUDIO
TITLE "Track02"
INDEX 01 05:56:00 <--- start time of the 2nd track

TRACK 03 AUDIO
TITLE "Track03"
INDEX 01 10:48:00 <--- start time of the 3rd track

Just change the file name and the start times and ur away.

Save the file as a .cue file and then open cdrwin, and there should be an option where u can add a cue file. Add the cue file and just burn. Should be done ok. Hope this helps

nero usually bugs out when the set or track is more than 80 minutes long.
