Souns like you have a bit of money for the purchase!!

Stick with TECHNICS 1210 MK3's, honestly can't go wrong and they'll last fuckin ages.

A superb Deck!!!!!!

HAve u used any of these decks yet yourself? Which one do u feel most comfortable with? Etc etc!

PErsonally, I was using technics, then I tried the PDX 2000's and fell in love with them.

Personally I feel that the platter is more willing to move when u try and speed up a record with your hand, and is also very stable at the same time. The Tonearm is also technically better as it is straight, and therfore able to stay on the record even when u are scratching frantically.

And there are the other features of course, like 50% ultra pitch, reverse play etc, but who uses them?!

So go with the Vestax!!

They are also cheaper than Technics!

I have not tried the Vestax yet.. can't find anywhere local..

Yeah i noticed the price!!! hehe.. But don't most of the clubs have technics?!?!

I know one new club in my area had Vestax and they took them out cause no DJ would play there due them having the V's!!

Think i might just go with the technics!

Tho i do like the look of the V's!!! Look so sexy!! and Just have the buy me i look so good feel to them!! hehe..

i heard straight tone arms wear your records down quicker than curved ones... is that true?

to raptor:

yes it is true that the straight tonearm will wear away faster then the curved, because of the placement of the needle...
