Cereal at bedtime, serially.

Cereal makes a good bed time snack. I'm eating a bowl of Life.

Discuss.

No, it's not a substitute for dinner. With milk, a la breakfast. Skim milk though...I bought it instead of 2% by accident.

you know regular milk is only 3% so its not much of fat reducing to get 2%.

anyhow ya sounds like a nice snack but i dunno if its healthy after dinner. i guess nothing is really.

i am planning on substituting my dinner for a bowl of cereal. actually i am going to try it tomorrow for th first time

Really? I've only ever noticed guys doing this, lol. I never ate cereal at night until I saw my bf do it, and then had a few spoonfuls and realized it was tasty at night. MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO!

Oh it's not the fat content I'm concerned about, it's the flavour. 2% is juuuuuuuust right.

But, I've gone through a whole quart of skim, and now that I'm used to it it's not so bad. Maybe I'll just stick with this.
