and there's alot of snow on the ground and in the air, and sombody driving feels the need to have their 4 ways on.

i see it all the time and i have no idea what they're trying to communicate to the rest of us 'non blinking' drivers.

i hate it when i'm driving in the rain, because ppl here in california do not know how to drive in the rain at all.

Well maybe in mother russia, but in the United States if you are stupid enough to signal that there are cops around by putting on your hazards, you will get pulled over pretty quickly.
