Bootleg iPod Shuffle
I bought an iPod shuffle about three months ago from Target. It was actually the store I work at. Target used to carry a black iPod shuffle which was one of the most popular models because of the colour.
From the very beginning it didn't quite work properly. For one it wouldn't hook up to iTunes, only through WMP. I laughed it off though because it was working overall, and I am not the hugest iTunes fan anyways.
Then a week and a half ago it started completely crapping out on me. It wouldn't sync up with my computer, either computer, at all. Which one could discount this as a Windows problem (my brother has had similar with his legit iPod and windows, I also use Ubuntu on my laptop and that wouldn't see it either. I took it to the Apple store where the Apple guys told me it wasn't legit. In fact, Apple never made a black shuffle.

I found my receipt and promptly returned the product to Target. And I will be taking this problem up the ladder in an effort to make sure Target is completely aware of the problem and is ready to deal with it. There is more online about this problem already. Fuck, you can buy the same one I had from Chinapurchaseonline.com for $17.99
Mine was sold at Target for $80. A crock of shit. I got owned by China . . .
