Let us explore the validity of the 5 Point Exploding Heart Technique, brought to light by the film Kill Bill Vol 2.

more famously known as the Death Touch, is an attack on pressure points and meridians in some styles of Chinese martial arts used which is said to incapacitate or sometimes cause a delayed or even sudden death to an opponent.
to get you heart to explode, you'd need to pump too much blood into it... problem is, your heart is the pump. you'd probably need two hearts (one to make the other explode). you could probably stop the blood flow somewhere in you body (like an insane blood clot) and force your heart to keep pumping. But (assuming the heart valves dont break down under pressure and start letting blood back the wrong way) you'd probably die from bleeding of the brain or lungs instead. that's because blood goes from body to heart to lungs to heart second time to head then to body again.

i saw that. i think it was on spike, but i've never seen another episode of it. but the guy never showed how it was done or anything, just, 'well yea it works'.
i remember when i was a kid i used to watch batman the cartoon. there was an episode where the guy tried to do it to batman, but instead batman tossed his ass in a volcano. i like batman's punishment scale:
