Laurent Garnier

Yesterday I was at a local coffee shop where they were playing some Garnier set (I believe it was from this year). In the span of about an hour I heard everything from tech house, acid techno, breaks, drum n' bass, dubstep, grime, progressive trance, and probably a few other genres and they were all mixed well and cohesively. I'm now chuffed at the fact that I missed him last time he was here a few months ago.

Either way, could you all offer me some consolation: by helping me find some more sets from him? I'd prefer newer sets, but if you could recommend anything by him (or even provide links) it'd be much appreciated.

This is his radio show at radio fg, where he spins jazzy tracks... Probably something for his soul .

But these are good (a bit minimal):

Laurent Garnier - Live @ Gorod, Moscow 10-28-05

5 Parts, 6 Hours. Some of the tracks are the same that he's still playing, though. When he was at Cielo in NYC a few months ago, he played Blur - Song 2, Red Astaire - Break On Through, The Doors - Soul Kitchen, Laurent Garnier - The Man With Red Face.

Yeah, it was one of the best shows I've seen. The stuff he was doing on just normal turntables led me to stare at his hands half the night. Not to rub it in or anything.
