I had this tune, but now cannot find it anymore.

The song has a great intro and then a guy sings in a deep voice:

"My brothers and sisters..
.. good people standing up together,
good people rising up together.
One nation , one culture,
one vibe....
...And it makes me wanna say... that I can feel the love..

At this point the music has such a crescendo, it takes me high every time..
