Those who pay attention to world affairs likely know at least a little of what's happening, I know I did prior to this thread; however, you asked why few seem to care. Truth is, those of us in the developed world have very little interest in sub-Saharan Africa and even less hope that it will ever be able to sort out it's problems long enough to dig itself out of the horrible situation it has been wollowing in since the end of colonialism. People like yourself are the problem, identifying yourself by a tribe rather then a national or pan-national identity, trying to scratch out a menial little advantage for your tribe at the expense of everyone else. Why in God's name would we care enough to waste resources and possibly people trying to keep the peace in a place where the population seems hell-bent on killing each other just so they can be or continue to be the exploiters for a while?
