Smiley DJ Track from 2001 or 2002

I'm looking for a trance track that has the lyrics "life, wonderful life... the sunshine fills my hair, the sunshine fills my hair." The words aren't said that clearly, but I'm sure that's the exact words. The song isn't by Tina Cousins either. Please Help!!!
