Smiley DJ Armin or Tiesto

Who do you think is the better trance dj armin van buuren or tiesto
personally i think armin is the better dj because his style of trance music appeals to me more than tiesto's and i also think tiesto has been around long enough in the top 5 and its good that armin has finally achieved number 1.
also i think armins tracks are 10 times better than tiesto's but what do you guys think ???

another Armin Vs Tiesto Thread like Many others this will thread will die in the water,

Armin - Gr8 Dj, love his asot shows, seen him play 2 times and hopefully the 3rd in June this Year, he used the play compeltly different music way before he became a superstar ie music from from 76 thats when i liked him alot its was more tech than Cheezy trance that he plays 2day

Tiesto Very goood dj , seen him play once in 2004, in his prime he was very good, episally with tune likes like

Forever Today
Traffic
a tear in the open
Adagio For Strings
Flight 643
Lethal Industry
Suburban Train

lately tiesto has gone away from trance we knew, in my book i would say Armin ftw.

TIesto has way better production than avb. Gouryella and Kamaya Painters! Both become cheezy for me in 04. Saw tiesto in his prime in 01 freaking great set.

Tiesto's track selection usually shits over AvB. So do his tracks.

I would say that Gouryella was more Ferry Corsten and Kamaya Painters more De Geoij.

+1

Tiësto's track selection is also more diverse, especially in his radioshow. Armin still plays some good trance tunes sometimes, but his sets are more and more filled with these "Big Sky" like shitty vocal pop-trance tracks.
