Looks like he's an Italian producer. If you listen to some of the other tracks up on his page you'll probably recognize at least one other track featured in another D&G commercial.
It's actually called "fidget house", which is big in the UK... It's not as sample-happy and basstastic as the stuff coming out of France or Italy, so I'd put my money on calling it fidget It's not tooooo bad...
