Totally fake, look at the partial wall/bar behind the big girl... it's at the same height as the other girls' heads. Assuming those girls are not pigmies that would make that partial wall/bar in the 5'5"-5'7" range... no one would build a partial wall/bar/counter that height, as it would be completely impractical. Additionally, the electrical outlet on that partial wall is at the same height as the girls' hips... again assuming normal height that would place the electrical outlet at about 3' from the floor... not bloody likely. Finally, you'll notice the base board in the hall is different from that on the partial wall.
